OUR PROMISE TO YOU

At Faith Freedom Fashions, every item is printed just for you — made to order with care and shipped straight to your door. Because of that, we want to be upfront and honest with you. It’s kind of our thing.

If something arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll make it right. No runaround. Just contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Once reviewed, we’ll send a replacement or offer a full refund when appropriate.

If you ordered the wrong size, we get it — sizing is tricky. We're happy to help you find the right fit. Reach out within 14 days and we'll work something out. (Please check the size guide before placing your order.)

We can't accept returns on items that were simply changed minds — since each piece is made to order, we're not able to resell returned items. That said, if you have a concern about your order, just contact us. We'd rather find a solution than lose a customer.
