At Faith Freedom Fashions, we print with purpose — and ship with care.
Most of our products are made to order, which means your item is created especially for you after your order is placed. Here’s what to expect:
Production Time
Most orders are produced and ready to ship within 3–7 business days.
During busy seasons, holidays, or new product launches, production may take a little longer.
Good things are worth a little patience — and we think you’ll agree when your order arrives.
Shipping Times
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes:
USA: 5–10 business days
International: 10–20 business days
You’ll receive a tracking number the moment your order ships so you can follow its progress.
Total estimated delivery time: Most U.S. orders arrive within approximately 7–12 business days from the order date.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Why Does It Take That Long?
Because your item does not exist until you order it.
That is how print-on-demand works: no warehouses full of unsold inventory, no wasteful stockpiles, and no mass-produced leftovers. Just your design, made fresh and shipped directly to you.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
No hidden fees.
We currently offer free shipping on orders over $75 — because generosity matters around here.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but your package has not arrived, please allow one additional business day. Carriers sometimes scan packages before final delivery. If it is still missing, contact us at myconcept11@yahoo.com within
14 days of the delivery date, and we’ll look into it with you.
